Yesterday whilst we were unpacking all their luggage from the back of the car a bloke approached us with a bundle of miscellaneous items. The conversation went something like this.

"Um, hi. Is this your car?"
"Yes"
"We've been told we're overweight...do you want any of this stuff?"

Now bearing in mind we are at the international airport, he looked a bit scruffy and a pair of flippers were in the bundle I was a little bit wary. What did he have hidden in there? A bomb, drugs, Schapelle Corby's innocent verdict?

We took it all, said we'd take it to the Salvos or something. Then he came back with more. Apparently he was moving to England and wasn't coming back...so now we have flippers, a Drizabone hat, two books (one on pregnancy, the other on bush survival tactics), a fishing reel and a bunch of miscellaneous clothing.

Geez the airport is weird sometimes...
