So now when I think a bad thought I have to knuckle myself in the forehead three times.

I know, I know, I am going insane *knuckles forehead x 3* but for some reason it�s all fine after I do that.

Of course the downside is that this usually happens when I am either walking down the street or driving my car.

I can only imagine what other people think of me when they see that.
