We went to this great place in Rushcutter�s Bay called Elvis Pizza. They bring out pizza, pasta, salad and then at about 10 o�clock Elvis shows up.

He was definitely post-cheeseburger Elvis, but he was brilliant!

Sure we�d had a few bottles of wine and some champas, but his voice was so powerful and the music was rocking that we ended up dancing in the aisles of the restaurant and having a thoroughly rocking time.

There we went to Civic, then Scruffys (ah the old haunt) and then I piked out of the rest of the festivities and went home as I had first rehearsal the next day. As it was I could barely speak the next day (apparently singing Elvis songs at the top of your lungs will do that to you :oP) so it was just as well I didn�t party on.

Now it�s just a few days until her wedding, I�m so excited for her and Metro!

RANDOM THOUGHT: Must buy some wedding-proof mascara, there will be blubbering :o)
