The Swedes Are Onto Something My love for IKEA has been well documented. I�m not sure what it is that attracts me. Is it the sleek Scandinavian designs? The reasonable prices? The sense of fun and accomplishment of putting it together yourself? Whatever it is, I am hooked and it�s not an addiction I am willing to give up. My workplace is furthering my addiction. We recently moved to a new office (while I was in NZ) and imagine my surprise and delight when inspecting the cupboards in the kitchen. Full to the brim with IKEA goodness! Cups, plates, glasses, cutlery � all IKEA! I must say that the bloke that worked on the interior design and decoration of this place is just wonderful. Pure brilliance displayed by him. Now unfortunately he did miss picking up a few things. And the other day my boss handed me some petty cash and told me to go to IKEA to pick up a few more items. Me, being sent to IKEA for a work purpose. Unfricking-believable! I was so excited I accidentally bought myself a set of drawers while I was there.
