Thats a Curly One I have mentioned before how I have a theory that working in an office environment causes my creativity to push itself out in the form of writing. Not fabulously thought-provoking writing, but writing nonetheless. I think I may have updated my diary every day since I started this job. I guess that proves the theory. As I was walking around the office I happened to notice that there are a lot of people with curly hair in this office. I mean a lot. More than the average. I wonder what the average is. Lets just suppose the average was two. There are at least seven people in this office with curly hair. Possibly even right or nine. I think thats a lot considering we only have about 75 people in the company. I suppose Ive just worked in offices that have a lot of straight-haired people. Or a lot of people that pretend they have straight hair and blow dry it every morning so it looks like its been terrified straight. I like my hair sometimes and I hate it the other times. Its nice to be a little different sometimes. Although during the 80s and early 90s when perms were trendy it was rather depressing. I felt like a clone! With all this talk of cloning wouldnt it be weird to have a little you? If I had one Id probably be telling her things like, Dont cut your hair like this and Okay youre going to have horrible pimples when youre 13, just smile and pretend they are not there. I think this entry sort of took a detour and landed up in the Land of Disjointment. Its right next to the Forest of Tangents and surrounded by the Wall of WhatTheF*7%? Tyd 22 July 2005 - 3:40 pm |
