After being diagnosed earlier this year with canine cushings disease and a rapid decline in his health, the decision was made on Saturday evening to have one of the family dogs, Albie, put down.

He was a funny little fellow, deaf and mostly blind but his nose never steered him wrong and even when it came down to him barely being able to walk he would still come to the door to greet you.

We love you Albie, time to rest now mate, you earned it.
