Have you noticed how pigeonholed those forwarded emails are. You�re a child of the 80s if�you�re a teen of the 90s if�what about something for those people not born in the era of Commodore 64s and hyper-colour t-shirts. So I�ve taken it upon myself to create a list of You�re A Child Of The Early 1900s If:1. Your Dad made �5 a week at his job and you were the richest family in the neighbourhood.
2. When you bragged about how much horsepower the family vehicle had, you were talking about actual horses.
3. Your grandparents would complain about that gosh darn new fangled technology called the telephone.
4. The coolest game was Jacks (with real pig knuckles) or Two Up.
5. The greatest fashion controversy was the flapper dress that came to just below the knee.
6. Coca Cola was sold as �brain tonic� and rumour has it that it contained cocaine.
7. Your life expectancy wasn�t much more than 50.
8. You got very dressed up to go to the movies.
9. �Talkie� movies were the best thing since sliced bread.
