Did You See That? My Logic Just Flew Out The Window We had a test evacuation at work the other day. I hate the test evacuations cause all it ends up doing is giving you a massive headache from the sirens and sore legs from walking down 17 flights of stairs. They were evacuating floor by floor so I decided that I�d go up to the mailroom on Level 19 and hang around for a bit until the drill was finished and then I would return subtly to my desk. So went up the two flights of stairs to the 19th floor and delivered some cheques and the like and found out from someone there that we didn�t have to go the whole 17 floors down, just one floor, then we could get the lift back up. After hanging round on 19 like a bad smell I went to the library on 18 and looked through an atlas to pass the time until the sirens stopped. And after all that I ended up walking down the stairs from 19 anyway. A total of 4 flights of stairs just to avoid going down one level?
