Seeing as it was the agency and not the actual client I responded with, �So five years experience isn�t enough, huh?� with that oh so challenging edge to my voice.

I was annoyed but ultimately I was relieved. Do I really want to work in a government department for two weeks doing stressful work and then having to worry about the three full dress rehearsals that we have next week that will no doubt run late due to technical and people-nical difficulties?

I think not.

So I jumped on line and started searching seek.com.au for jobs. I was just putting the finishing touches on an application letter and the mouse was poised over the button to send when the agency called. They have a data entry position that goes for four days and starts the week after all the dress rehearsals and opening weekend. Perfect :o)

I get to wear jeans, it won�t hurt my brain, it�s using a data system I already know�oh but it starts at 7.30am.

Ugh, well beggars can�t be choosers.

Bring on the money!
