Now with that said I'm sure people reading this think they know what I'm talking about.

Well if you think I'm talking about buying a house in Tasmania and moving there with The Sexy in about two years, you'd be right. If you were thinking something else (and no doubt, CardSwipeBoobs was) I'm sorry to disappoint. Not yet!

So, yeah, Tasmania. Have you been? It's really green and fresh feeling (there isn't much humidity), there are all these wide open spaces, Hobart is surrounded by mountains (something I have always wanted to live amongst) and there is the possibility of snow in my yard in winter.

The fact is - The Sexy did not grow up in the city. I grew up in the suburbs. Neither of us want to bring up kids in this inner city squish-house we are currently in. We tried all avenues with architects and builders and when the structural engineer inspected and said "knock down, rebuild" we knew we would have to move. We initially weren't sure how far that was going to be...now we are.

We found a nice four bedroom house in Kingston that is close to shops and schools and the beach (hmmm...not sure why I'm excited about that hehe) and bushland and mountains. The best part is that the people selling the house (who live in it now) have agreed to rent it back from us for a period of two years. Great huh?

So that's the excitement I've been holding in. Now all we need to complete that house is 2.4 kids and a dog.
