And the more clashing the colours, the better! Orange and red? Bring it on. Lime green and blue? Yes please!

I knew I had a problem when we went to Finland and every Marimekko store I saw I would go in to buy more stripey socks. It was winter, the socks were considered summer stock so they were on special - so it appealed to my bargain side too.

I knew I had a huge problem when today I noticed I was wearing stripey socks, a stripey shirt, a stripey jacket and stripey underpants. Also when I shop for BabyDonk I will always look at the striped things first. I'm not sure what it is about the stripes that attracts me. But if it's stripey and I see it, I HAVE to have it.

I would change the background of my diary to stripes...but then you wouldn't be able to read it.

Stripey stripes!
